Realtor.com is a great company to work for the culter that has been built around and building teamwork is great. The company gives back a lot to their employees, but there are tons of room for improvements

Find health insurance with a lower deductible and out-of-pocket expenses.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing, I don't look forward to it, but I don't mind going in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact of appreciation of everyone's backgrounds and Coulter. The company can do more for the Asian / Pacific Islander month. The company places way too much attention on LGBT month (not that I have any room to talk, and not complaining) and not enough on other appreciation months.
