I have had a lot of opportunities here for personal growth that I have been able to pursue. It has definitely had some ups and downs as leadership changes or acquisitions have occurred. One thing I do want more of is executive alignment on company priorities.

They are trying to be very transparent and I like the opportunities to communicate openly with them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really empowers people who are interested in their work and taking initiative. People are go-getters can really thrive here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible working schedule and the pay is adequate. I do know I could be compensated more elsewhere for the same job though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Parts of my team are really good about ownership and being accountable for the work they do. I really appreciate the people who are great team players and who have a collaborative attitude.
