My compensation is not aligned with the market compensation data for similar roles, also there is not enough spread between my compensation and the compensation of my direct reports who have a much smaller scope of responsibility and level of experience and expertise.
There is a lot of over engineering of processes and excess meetings that prohibit timely decision making and action. Co-workers and Executive Leaders. Co-workers need more training on decision making and bias for action and to stop hiding behind collaboration because their decision making is weak.
