The people are great and there are quite a few events

It's hard to say since they are changing but being a bit more honest with how things are going would be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The gap between developers and the rest is way too high. Staff members are few compared the size of the company and we should be leaders when it comes to paying better wages, especially in expensive areas to live.
