Our compensation is below the averages of the cities we are located in - this is a fact based on market data from Glassdoor, LinkedIn, et cetera. We are lean and wear many hats; as such, more sufficient compensation would help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is an otherworldly level of collaborative and diverse. We are excited to work, roll up our sleeves, and find answers. We constantly push the boundaries of our jobs and love learning and trying new things. My team inspires me every single day.
