Being with the company for so long has afforded me the benefit of extra vacation days and I use every one of them to travel and see the world!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While the leadership team is going through some major changes at the moment, the goals of the company to help consumers connect to homes continues to be strong and outlined for the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is spread out across the country in 5 different states. But, with the tools provided by RDC we are able to meet via video conference and connect in real time on important issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RDC shines when it comes to taking care of it's employees. We work in an exciting office with activities available to help engage with one another. RDC shows that it cares for its employees by recognizing those that work hard and rewards their passion.
