I think they're focused on the right goals and strategies to generate a compelling product offering in the industry.

The benefits are relatively generous and base pay is decent considering the culture of flexible work arrangements and general performance expectations.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Execution and operations need help. We trip over each other getting things done, or we require that a higher level person gets the job done when it could be done by lower levels, because of lack of systems, processes, and documentation.
