RDC is a challenging environment to break into. My first year here was tough. But thankfully I had some key people take an interest in me and helped me integrate more fully. Now, I love this company and the people and I'm proud to work her and hope we I have a place here.

We're finishing breaking down walls between RDC and Opcity. And the people.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and stimulating work. Opportunity to highlight my strengths in my role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we have an engaged and strong leader in Tracey (if it's it's short term). I think other leaders show up well such as Nate.
