What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong base pay with a generous bonus target - they also pass along the success of the company to employees in the form of multipliers to bonuses. Our 401K is matched from Day 1, and is a generous allocation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate successes and we have lots of opportunities to build relationships with each other. We align to our values - we are unifying them with our recent acquisition, but values are core to the culture and life of our company.

They are transparent and authentic communicators, and they passionately advocate for their people and celebrate their accomplishments. They are also very clear about where we are headed, that it will be a long journey to get there, but that it will also be some of the most rewarding work we do.
