Not only are we paid fairly, we also have many other benefits (e.g. discounts, tuition reimbursement, healthcare, PTO, stipend, free memberships, and donation matches).

I enjoy knowing that my work is making a difference in the organization. I know that I'm valued and appreciated for all that I do for RDC.

I enjoy my flexible work schedule and the work I contribute to on a daily basis. I believe I am well liked and respected by my peers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My team members and myself receive a monthly and annual bonus based on performance. Additionally, the company provides other incentives like tuition reimbursement (I've taken advantage of in the past) & most recently a bi-weekly stipend for remote workers.

We have so many beneficial benefits as an employee at RDC (e.g. healthcare, tuition reimbursement, commute, child care, and dependent care). As well as annual raises and monthly bonus incentives. We are truly valued for our hard work and compensated appropriately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture/environment are currently developing due to the recent reorg and new CEO. It seems very open and communicative. It is encouraged to speak up whether the feedback is positive or negative. Also employees are encouraged to discuss sensitive subjects in a safe forum (e.g. optional meetings).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is always there for one another. No one is reluctant to lend a helping hand and everyone is available for one another at all times. Our team also express praise and gratitude for one everyone's hard work. I am grateful for the team I work in at RDC.
