What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the intention to create a better culture is there. The environment is diverse and celebratory. Everyone gets along.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges and projects we take on. That we are an integral part of most people's most important life milestone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Up until recently, communication from the leadership team has almost always been lacking. Transparency and honesty are now staples of the new team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of transparency at our organization has increased 1000%! Knowledge is power and we get stronger every time things are shared with us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am valued. However, there is a clear and severe lack of understanding surrounding the value my role brings to the organization and is reflected in the fact that I am underpaid, according to market rate for my role, by almost half.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun! Everyone can be themselves and we have so many avenues to express ourselves. But most importantly, we can fail. It is awful to feel like you have to get things right the first time. It's a good bar to shoot for, but that's not reality. Build. Reconstruct. Build Better. Love it.
