Great and getting better. I think the right executives have been promoted/ replaced. I am seeing an expectation of hard work + integrity vs in the past, talkers who knew how to manipulate stats were rewarded. As one of the hard working honest ones I am happy to see light being shone in dark corners

They are professional, knowledgeable, and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusion. Diversity is celebrated. Hate in any form is dealt with swiftly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Affordable health care. It's not through the roof, but it's comparible to what other employers are offering right now

The inclusion of vision and dental and the 401K match. I did like the old Aetna option better, however.
What makes you most happy at work?
That it is challenging and collaborative. I am recognized for my strengths and have all of the support and resources I need

We all work together. We build each other up. We have a common goal and no individual counts a W unless the team is winning
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of making our product and our customers' and my colleagues' experience better. My efforts and expertise are recognized by my manager and my ELT members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and their connection to us. They know my name, my face, and my work. When I make a mistake they use it as an opportunity to coach and build a better me. They also coach proactively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion. Exclusion of anyone is not tolerated. I personally haven't seen anyone try it in a very long time; I think that even if someone wanted to exclude an individual they would get a feel for our culture and know immediately that they would fail
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most members do view us as a team & will offer to assist new members and take on tasks to help one member who is temporarily slammed with an unforeseen urgent issue. Regarding the last question: there are a couple of coworkers I do not look forward to seeing because they only complain or gossip
