Total burnout. Backchannel communications, changing priorities, unnecessary urgency, boys club mentality - you name it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a clear vision for the company but no understanding of how we are getting there, how we are holding ourselves accountable, and zero metrics. The leadership team constantly holds back information and is not transparent with their decision-making process. Decisions are made unilaterally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I am not paid as much as I would be in the same position in another company and even as much as men in the same position within the company. I was also demoted without notice. It's a hot mess, to be honest,
