They are transparent and very accessible. The CEO has held an Ask Me Anything session nearly every other week during covid.
The burnout is real - we are stretched very thin and in way too many directions - but can't get much done because we are short on resources. Additionally, what we've been asked to prioritize isn't a priority for others who are a critical piece in the completion of the project.
Inflation affects all, unfair to increase compensation for some, but not all. Not providing a COLA for those in Austin (rent up 45% YoY). Lastly, a 2-3% raise YoY eaten up by increase in health insurance due to change in approach. Overall being paid less than I started for infinitely more work
