What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having our investments and 401k being partnered with Fidelity - they are a reliable and helpful company for people to understand their packages and use their investments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the different access to groups and interests outside of just work - having ERG's that represent minorities and our company taking a stance against discrimination is HUGE.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how funny, hard working and intelligent my team members are. They are all different in their own ways but they come together to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and represent our department in the best light.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and who I work with. I've been blessed to work alongside one of my coworkers for nearly 5 years and he's my friend and mentor. Outside of our relationship, I love working in Quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and trying to improve our company's standards for all partners.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the team seems relatable to the rest of the company. It's real people living their real lives and doing the best they can at the top whereas some ELTs seem very removed or unrelatable. I appreciate how human and vulnerable they allow themselves to be in our AMA's and company updates.
