What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've made a lot of strides towards a more inclusive culture. Specific to the marketing team, I'm really happy that we're being more open to innovative ideas and trying new things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand that the company has seen some tough times in the past two years. However, I've been with the company for over 3 years now and haven't seen much of a salary increase. Since then, my workload and responsibilities have increased, and I just want to be fairly compensated.
