My experience has fluctuated; it depends who is in charge and what the current thoughts are about culture and employee retention. More recent thoughts are around and inclusive and open culture of respect and caring, but I'm not sure my department got that memo.

I have no interaction with my team at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The tuition reimbursement doubling is fantastic and so very helpful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive Leadership has become more inclusive and transparent in communicating goals and status.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things accomplished; making it through the day without being told I did things wrong.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More opportunities to interact with people outside of having to communicate about work; a more inclusive culture.
