Leadership doesn’t really have your back nor are they helpful. Tell you the company is about one thing, but ask for the opposite

The company focused a lot on employee well-being

Company says they have a work/life balance and that’s not true considering the hours they expect of me. They say so what’s rIght then expect you to ignore customers

They mostly need to reconsider some of their upper management positions and see me if their goals
