That we have a minimum salary level across the whole company regardless of geography.

Remote pays well, which I think is something to be really proud of, they allow people in lower cost locations to earn a good salary and this in turn causes high level of engagement from staff. After all no one should be penalised based on where they live.

Everyone is treated with kindness and respect. There is no element of leading with fear or performing to save your job. You work to make a difference and `I really do feel that I matter, I am not just an employee number.

Being a remote first and asycn first company, we have very great psychological safety across the company. We are able to default to action, unblock things independently normally requiring tons of approval.
