McKesson: MARCH 2023 layoffs increased my responsibilities from already working 2 roles to now performing 3 roles with no additional wage benefits. Turnaround is about 6 months and burnout over the last 4 years is obvious. They have no loyalty towards its employees.

Montefiore Medical Center: Value workers across the work spectrum. Support new staff, including managers. Offer training for managers/administrators in showing respect to employees. Hire managers who are progressive, appreciate and value people and not oppressive, micromanaging, rude "dinosaurs" who devalue Montefiore's image

The GIANT Company: Over the years giant has become more corporate based, no longer feels like it cares about its local communities and has overall become an unpleasant place to work for. You don't feel part of a team, don't feel valued and long term dedication to the company doesn't mean anything to them.
Kohl's: okay ish i guess. there is a lot of power tripping in my store by the managers and section leads that makes work unenjoyable
Kroger: I started working at the frys marketplace in thought that this is a grocery store this should be easy, welcoming and non stressful. I could not believe management christian aka chris adams is the worst manager. He has no sense of leadership. The store is hostile and lets women fight and bully.

Pizza Hut: Pizzahut seems to thrive on desperate people paying them minimally working them to death in a toxic environment, even the general managers 38-40k a year for 50+ hours a week is no way to live life. The crew in the restaurant is what makes it all happen. Happy leaders make a happy team.
