Aimbridge Hospitality: Even though I think there are many things that could be improved, I think they are possible. I think if the company as a whole at the top level commits to being present at the property it will make the whole staff feel appreciated. My personal issues stem from management style of a specific manager
Aimbridge Hospitality: Loved the positive enviroment i felt when joining the team. Absolutely love the guests. However management is not managed. HR and employee rights are not understood, there is no one to turn to when you have an issue with injust behaviors. Experience has went downhill causing anxieties and toxicity.
