We constantly have things breaking and we've had our office roof start to cave in. They don't actually upkeep the store at all and they keep us so understaffed that we give thieves a second chance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I really appreciate the camaraderie within my store. If I feel unsafe, I have coworkers. on the way.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My immediate team is very supportive and is pushing me to get as much as I can out of the company.
