Enterprise Rent-A-Car: Having the proper supplies such as car soap to wash the rentals, more detailers hired. Increased pay rate to compensate for the work that us detailers do.
Carrier: Customer service and senior management. A senior member of management hung up on me when I complained about how my warranty had been poorly handled by customer service. Very disappointed that a senior management member would behave in such a manner.
Pottery Barn: I had order something on sale. My order was cancelled stating no product in the foreseeable future now available at first price and customer service would not honor the sale price or even discuss a compromise.

Safeway: Sharmeen at Safeway in Boulder Colorado is fantastic! The whole store is kind and friendly! I love Safeway!

Burger King: Great team members and managers. Due to short staffing and outright negligence of regional manager and franchisee, the store and staff struggled to operate at full productivity. Regardless, I appreciate the journey and the experience.

Marriott: I really like my job. Marriott Bonvoy thinks of its employee's and tries to accomodate them the best they can to spend time with family. It would be great though if we could choose the dates we would like for vacation instead of beeding on them.

Dairy Queen: All people need to contribute more instead of just taking advantage of new employees who are paid the least and making them do the hardest and most work.

KPMG: The recruiter and managers grossly misrepresented the compensation. The entire bonus game is based on an interim evaluation which does not reflect your work but more likely your ability to do some boot licking. Please forget about any form of a fair treatment!

UPS: The past culture of company ownership is dead! The company and CEO are more concerned with pleasing shareholders than tending to employees needs. Union consessions have stripped benefits from it's lower to mid-level management resulting in lowered earning potential. Not the shining star it once was
Transamerica: Transamerica's inforce customer service department is the worst. Agents spend more time smoothing things over with customers than they do in the field.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I am a hard worker and learn quickly. My management team saw that, and I have been promoted twice. I really like Aimbridge and plan to stay as long as they will let me!
