John Deere: CEO John May sold out the postive employee experice in order to make stick holders happy. Pay raises are next to nothing, mid level salary were eliminated a couple years ago and our benefits are disappearing. The feeling of being part of a family is long gone. Significant work is sent overseas now.
Bridgestone Americas: No on-boarding, no formal processes or procedures. Poor team leadership. Speaking with teammates in other lines of business, it seems like they too are unhappy and the sentiments above bleed through the whole organization. No push to be a great employee and promotions are almost impossible.
JetBlue Airways: Other than the obvious, which would be improving the on time performance of scheduled flights, your customer service requires vast improvement. Wait time to speak with a rep are 30 minutes (on a good day) and often exceed that time.
DICK'S Sporting Goods: It's a great environment to work in. The people are amazing, abd I always have a good time.
