There are a lot of perks onsite what I like best is about wellness coaching.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

TaskUs should check their competitors and what kind of compensation they are giving their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should be competitive with the salary and provide accountability coaching training for Team Leads. The "people first" card is overused.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In the PH, the health benefits should be more competitive and they changed it to iCare which we encountered a lot of problems.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The structure and system of a campaign should be review. Operation Managers are handling too many campaigns and there's a chance they are forgetting another campaign.
