I had several interviews when I interviewed. I don't believe that was needed, but otherwise it was fair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We're all suppose to be quick and effecient at our jobs. Sometimes are customers time is sacrificed, because of that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I'm on the road and on my own. With nobody in my ear and I can do my job to the best of my ability.
