The most positive about the culture is that they allow everything no restrictions of being related to culture since all the agents are diverse however, the company was stands for being flexible on some ways.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the insurance as an employee much better that we should ensured ourselves, since we are only human we feel sick at a times. And also the allowance though it's not too big but ofcourse it's a big help already.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best as they could, they lead and give the hundred one percent efforts just to provide the best quality of being a leader to their mankind. Very understandable in any aspects in regards to the concern and queries to their agents and other team member.

The best things are their personalities on how they interact on one another which also creates a best environment to work on. No matter big or small you receive as long as you belong to a best team then that's a great part of you as an employee.

The things that makes me happy at work is the environment, it helps me to motivate to come and alive. From the team and also to the members, which gives us the best quality of being an agent. Also, the treatment of one another like there is no competition happen as we think fairly.
