They insist of a 2-step verification process that involve using the destroyed phone. That is total insane. The current process makes it impossible to get customer support by phone or the website.

If you hurry to meet deadlines then you are punished, but if you work thoroughly and don't meet the deadline you are punished too. Perfection is expected without realizing we are humans.

New Era Cap: Customer service is strictly through email. At times they are completely unresponsive to email making it impossible to get a correction made. They don't do price adjustments as resellers of their products do, such as Fanatics, making it so you have to repurchase again and return original purchase.

As a customer, you're unsure if it is indeed your account. 2) Your phone system does not provide a paymt reference number!
