Instacart: This is the first company I've worked for that has values I can actually see reflected in my leaders and my work. Fidji has done a great job of setting top down expectations and we all work hard because we align with the vision.
Meltwater: Overall it's been an experience that I regret. Company does not treat employees like adults (including making us share hotel rooms on work trips!). Constant micromanagement and the strict RTO mandate make it feel like the company does not trust people to do their job.

New Seasons Market: Make store employees more affable, available in the aisles, and proactively helpful to customers. Currently, the vast majority don't seem to prioritize customer experience. Except for cashiers --who are a captive audience, floor staff are seemingly indifferent to customers.
Egnyte: I think Egnyte is amazing at what it is doing, the product, the brains and the management have realistic targets and expectations and are very nice and down to earth people. I hope Egnyte keeps its core values intact with the growth in the number of employees.

I got fired without write up, day before I got fired, they had a problem with a shirt they didn't like it had a small plasama donation symbol, so they sent me home to change. Day after, I wore the shirt with my vest covering the symbol and i got fired.

Micro Center: Initially, I thought it was going to be a challenge working here. I studied the site to memorize peripherals and devices. I had NO idea that within a few months I'd be chosen to fly to Vegas for an Expo and within a year or so building for Make a Wish. Micro Center is amazing!
Zenith American Solutions: It has gotten progressively worse in the years I have worked her. The work load is unmanageable. No one is happy. The only ones happy must be the people running the investment firm who owns this place.

Scopely: Lots of talents, lots of respect for personal life, huge challenges and ambitions, amazing salaries. The only potential downside for games fan is the ethically disputable techniques used in F2P games, but that's part of the industry, not scopely specifically.
