My team is made up of great people who understand accountability and trust. True win-together attitude.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Constant changing of direction by leadership is exhausting and inefficient. Then we are told we are getting things done fast enough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is not equivalent to the expectations they place on staff. Compensation is at the very low side of market, and increases are significantly lower that market.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Commitment to our customers and to each other. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with. Unfortunately, many have left or are looking to leave.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Merit increases don't keep up with cost of living. They continue to cut expenses that impact our ability to work efficiently. Making our job harder while placing unrealistic expectations. Working harder, under more stress and not well compensated. More days off doesn't help, work is still there.
