Some colleagues are pros. and are very motivated to help and care about the product too, but this is not uniform across the whole organization. Alamo: Extremely poor service if rental has a problem. Multiple calls for the same problem to their customer service. They use poor vendors with poor response times and they want to charge me for Roadside Assistance after losing a full day of work and The flat tire is still not fixed.

Greyhound Lines: Get better security to make sure passengers and their belongings are transported safely, also it needs nicer and more competent employees.
