strict readiness is followed that to voluntarily by all the people (I'm also count) , which make the work proceed by its way not with the negativity rather by calm and willingness
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the pay comparatively market range whereas, it is medical related organization we know how importance medicine emergencies evolve, yeah I understand it varies to country but the insurance polices and the coverage for OPD and maternity are under valued. Kindly have some consideration in India
