Execs make emotional decision. Priority changes too often. The market doesn't value my company. Our stock kept sliding down and our exec team hasn't been able to turn the table around. It's not a good company to work for.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teams in China are always positive and advance rapidly on new technologies. They are coherent and collaborative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think I'm undervalued. However, RingCentral doesn't offer competitive salary nor has the top notch benefit. Other Silicon Valley based companies are better since I worked for them before this job.
