I believe I can make a difference within a small range of power.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The teams in China are always positive and advance rapidly on new technologies. They are coherent and collaborative.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't think I'm undervalued. However, RingCentral doesn't offer competitive salary nor has the top notch benefit. Other Silicon Valley based companies are better since I worked for them before this job.
