Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair workload across all members of my team. Working harder to have more expertise in certain areas only punishes you with more work being isolated to you in the future

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
