I think what stands out the most about a strong leadership team is their ability to foster a culture of trust and open communication. It’s also important when leaders can adapt to changing circumstances and make tough decisions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It mainly concerns the compensation not being in line with the cost of living in the Netherlands.

I wish my starting salary would have been higher, it was a little tough to push during negotiations, but the benefits of the company (and 4.5 day work week) are what ultimately helped come to agreement and take the starting salary.

I am significantly underpaid in comparison to the market and overall Revinate. My manager is looking into this right now, which is great, however, it has been a case for a long time and I wish we could correct this sooner as I have been bringing this up since June 2022.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I think one of the best things about a team is the diversity of perspectives and strengths each member brings. When everyone has different skills, backgrounds, and ideas, it creates a more dynamic and creative environment.
