health care coverage is exemplary

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We give recognition across all departments for folks that go above and beyond. If you lean-in and exceed expectations, you'll get the visibility that many other companies I've worked at simply don't offer. You don't feel like a number here. I think I know just about everyone on the team

What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting team laid out exactly how long each step would take and was available to answer any and all questions I had along the way. They set the right expectations each step of the way.

There is a process, but it demonstrated to me that they care about the quality of person and looking for a right fit. This is good for everyone.

The hiring team managed my expectations throughout the process. They laid out the process at the beginning and stuck to the timeline throughout. After the final committee interview, I was offered the role within two days. It was refreshing compared to other companies with less organized hiring.
