What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Planning. Seems as if the fire the gun before they even try to aim it. Some time they seem to pull the the trigger before the gun is even loaded. Or if they do make a change, giving it more than a year before scrapping it. Things are WAY TOO FLUID.

The hourly rate is ok at entry level experience. The bonus is questionable and has many flaws.

They say they are always open door. They do act like the care about our well being and that is more than I can say for some other companies.
