The pay is extremely low. We are understaffed and expected to do multiple jobs with no extra pay. Officers are greedy and nasty and never held accountable for thier actions. They use their status a a church to not pay unemployment taxes meaning if you loss your job you are screwed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees and clients better. Pay their staff better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some officer's are good people just not the ones we have now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers were great unfortunately they have mostly quit so im in here doing everything myself.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The local management at the time was great. Since they left its been all down hill.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The local management is awful yet still here. Headquarters expect you to do way more stuff than is your job yet dont make the local management pay their employees a dedent wage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay. Office positions at the local level requiring "experience" and "higher education" make less or the same as the high school student just starting a job at the gas station next door. You go years without a raise and when you do its way less than inflation regardless of job performance.
