I worked there for just over a year, and was bullied by a terrible social worker. While I was there 5 of us left mostly because of how we were treated by this woman. By the time I left, I wasn't sleeping and had terrible anxiety. I complained to leaders, managers and higher up but nothing happened

Because no one helped me or made it a safe environment to work in

People don't stay long due to the unsafe environment. Get rid of acceptance of bad behavior

I made some good friends and we're supportive of each other when we were given a hard time

I felt I was going to work for a positive company where people would be supportive and kind

There was one that tried her best to manage the situation and offer support but she was also scared of this women
