The ability to show good quality work at my work and meeting customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team needs more honesty, decency, respect and appreciation for their hard workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No full-time hours, no benefits, no raises for workers that do a great job and work hard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As I said before more honesty, decency, and respect and care more about the products we are putting out
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
With some of our co-workers they need to care more about the work and the quality of work we do
