People overstep their boundaries and are disrespectful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Coworker is great. We have a great working relationship.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clear direction and communication of objectives. Too many chiefs. Non-progressive company structure. Culture doesn't support employee career growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Given more responsibilities, but not promoted in pay. Have over 10 years of experience, over-worked with little resources to do job effectively.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People/departments need to stick to their role and not do things that do not fit their job description. Respecting job roles. Egos need to stop.
