My team is great and get along very well.
Less confusion and more help from upper level management and DHQ.
They need to get better at communication and working together while remaining open to new and innovative ideas.
There are too many people within the organization that feel like their way is the only way of doing something. Too many supervisors bash each other to others within the organization. There needs to be a significant overhaul of staff within the organization.
