Very dissapointing to understand that one of the worlds most visible charitable organization treats employees badly and has a severe issue with theft from employees.

Communication and knowledge of the retail stores.

Being in a position to help poeple in need when possible.

The advertised goals of the company put into use in the community.

Always keep in mind this company is advertised as a Christian organazation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Needs of store are ignored by upper management. Minimum wage with no benefits should not be considered for a managerial position which is understaffed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The only coworker I have is suspected of theft from the company, this causes me to have to be available from 9 am to 6 pm Mon. thru Saturday in order to deal with any cash transactions.
