I work independently and what I do benefits the poor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no benefit package because it is seasonal part time work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The company being completely upfront and honest and willing to be flexible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company works out of a church and my boss is a preacher. Everyday he prays for us before we start our work day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that they are fair, I feel that the management genuinely cares for employees. It is a very nice atmosphere and that positivity fuels you to do your best on the job.
