I like that the leadership team is down to earth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a Christian company so most employees are Christian and generally positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that it's a non-profit, but the "clergy" live very well. The employees are not compensated nearly as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's way too much bureaucracy. And because officers are constantly changing, procedures are always changing which makes meetings happen all the time.
