What makes you most happy at work?

Success, Teamwork, client satisfaction, social work

What are some of the best things about your team?

Group-think, great problem solving skills.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Staff appreciation, Staff retention, staff training, continued education, Leadership restructure.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviewees gave room for questions, and shared information about the history of the organization.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A survey or a townhall staff meeting where staff can express their opinions without threat of employment loss would be great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The expectation for staff is to give it all you've got until you burn out. Once you burn out, you're not worth anything. I learned that self-care is preached, but not mandatory. No job training, but the expectation is success.
