It's a great organization, with a great mission, that does incredible work. The leadership team also overloads employees with bloated workloads that are more appropriately suited to multiple people.

Good people. Very committed. Know their industries.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Excellent at corporate partnerships and media. They are very kind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mission. But it comes with the negative that leadership expects the mission to satisfy other concerns, like physical exhaustion and being stretched too thin. And it just doesn't.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much is being asked of too few people. Unrealistic deadlines and work loads. We need to invest in an appropriate number of staff members to accomplish the work.
