What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I am treated as an equal and that I am an important aspect to the team. Leadership does a great job of making all of their employees feel heard.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have not yet received benefits since I have just started.

Love that we are offered an HSA and that Savory doesn't only match our contribution, but more than double it based on tenure. We get $50 a month to eat at our brands. Over the last two years they have been gracious enough to pay for our premiums for a total of nine months or so.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are all around the same age as me so we have common interests. They are all hard workers but we can also take time to get to know each other.
