What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just started; therefore, the jury is still out. Yet, I did attend a townhall and I appreciated the updates Leadership shared, as well as the open Q&A.

They truly care about me and their employees. There is an open door policy and I feel comfortable talking to them about any feedback good or bad. They have gone above and beyond to care for me as an employee, when I went on maternity leave they showered me with gifts and food gift cards! BEYOND NICE

Our transition to a Saas company with a focused direction that is going to be tough yet rewarding for all scorpions. The biggest driver of my happiness is our new platform helping so many local either get back on their feet due to COVID or thrive and infuse the economy.

Welcoming, open to feedback, share feedback constructively, all rowing in the same direction.

I love my team, my managers are so kind and caring. If I ever need to take off to take care of my son it is NEVER a problem and my manager won't even let me work and it is paid. I am friends with all of my team members and they are all so nice and funny. We have a great time! I love what I do!

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is so nice and grateful. You help someone on your team or not on your team and they are so thankful. It makes you feel so good. Also whenever I am working with someone I haven't met before they are always engaging and personable. I feel like everyone genuinely cares!

I really liked that it felt like a conversation, they were interviewing me to see if I was a fit but they also wanted to make sure that I knew it was very important to them that I felt Scorpion was a fit for me. I've never experienced that before.

We are very personal and conversational. We want to make sure it is a fit for both the applicant and Scorpion as a whole. Really ensure there is a motivation/career alignment and that everyone who comes on has a high EQ/IQ along with a collaborative confidence.
