Connect more with employees, strategic marketing would help to increase sales and exposure if done right, invest in better leadership to develop gov division, more corporate transparency is needed to build even better culture.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Virtually daily spiffs give me another layer to earn on top of my base salary, commission, PTO allotment, and full benefits package.

Take super brokers out of commission, or increase team rate

My interview was a few years ago. Jack and Marc made it easy for me to understand what the role encompassed and what it takes to be successful. The transparent nature was reassuring that this was the company for me.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I left the interview thinking I did not get the job, when I actually did well apparently. The interviewers did a good job off keeping me on my toes but it in turn left me feeling like a failed the interview and nervous about finding a job.

If the company is looking for longevity, then the startup model should dissolve and move to more structure and investing in people to make the place better. So much room for growth, but the growth priority is strictly on revenue.

The government division is experiencing many growing pains and there are many issues that need to be ironed out. Remote brokers can lead to poor communication between the teams and their leaders.

Would like to see development be able to work two platforms effectively and equally - vendor& gov't platforms - more dedicated people to EACH rather than trying to make one system work for both. Would also like more assistance w/ marketing to get success stories to identified and published.
